How to shop with us

Just browse the website and add your items to the shopping cart, this can be edited at any time. When ready to confirm your order, proceed to checkout.

All orders to UK: FREE

Postage to Europe and other: PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDERING

Payment

At checkout you will be given the option to use PayPal checkout service or send us a cheque. All cheques should be payable to Living Naturally Limited. You also have the option to use Google Checkout for the most popular soapnut packs.


Packaging and Delivery

All packaging is either recycled (each product comes in its original packet from the manufacturer, we won’t add any more packaging), recyclable (paper instead of plastic to wrap your items), or biodegradable.

All items will be dispatched same day if order is received before 3pm via Royal Mail (for UK customers) and Royal Mail Small Packets for Europe and the rest of the World. All orders after will be sent out next day. You will receive your soapnuts within 2 days…faster than anywhere else for this quality and price!!

Discounts for larger deliveries

We also sell soapnuts wholesale. If you are interested in buying bulk for UK or overseas please contact us via the contact form and we will get back to you with a price.

Lost in the post?

If your item has not arrived within 7 days, please send us an email and we will help you track your parcel.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt, providing this is in good condition, a full refund or exchange will be given.

None of your data will be passed on to third parties, as we believe that your privacy is of uppermost importance. Data is kept on our server and is only used to process orders and payments.
