Been using the soapnuts for a month or so now (purchased in an order from my brother Richard B) & they work great. We first heard of you on the Rochard Vobes podcast which was really good.

I tried the soapnuts for the first time yesterday with a few drops of eucalyptus and I am a convert. They even got a make-up stain out! I'm so happy to have found a plastic-free and detergent-free way to clean my clothes, and to have found your lovely company!

Thank you for your delivery last week. I meant to email straight away but as always things get in the way and a week has pasted!

First of all my wife, kids and I were amazed and delighted by how small the package was that arrived at the door and the amazing job somebody had done in fitting it all in the box. We all tried to repack the bits into the box and were unable. It is SO great to see a company trying not to use mountains of packaging and plastic. The outer box ever looked as if it had been used before too. Well done!!

Also we have been looking for ages to cut back on washing powder partly due to waste and also because of my wife suffering from skin problems. We thought we would try the soapnuts, but to be honest were some what sceptical. However so far we are amazed at how clean things are and how refreshing it is to have clothes that don’t smell of fake ‘summer dew’ or artificial ‘woodland glades’. We are now in the process of converting family and friends.

Thank you again and we will certainly be reordering.

The starter pack is a great idea! We went for the orange oil and have found that about 30 drops gives off a nice scent on our washed clothes.

The stain removal bar and crystals are fab too - I'll admit I wouldn't have thought to buy them if it wasn't for the starter pack - and I'm so glad we have them. Managed to resurrect some old stained clothes in one wash - they've been at the bottom of the basket for months!
